No fake certainty
Every published starting price has a defined scope. A final fixed quote follows the confirmed requirements and exclusions.

Pricing goes wrong when nobody has agreed what done looks like, whether that is an AI system, an automated process, custom software, or a new site. We fix the shape of the work first, and the price follows from that agreement.
Ways to work
Start with the smallest commitment that gives both sides enough truth. Each path has a defined shape before the commercial detail is agreed. Web and design projects usually skip the audit and go straight to a fixed quote after a scoping call.
Tier 1
Tier 2
Tier 3
Every service
The three tiers above apply to every service we offer. What changes by service is the entry point and what decides the number.
Flow
The process is designed to make decisions easier before money is spent, then keep ownership clear after launch.
We find where AI pays off and what should be left alone.
We agree exactly what gets built before a price is fixed.
Production-grade, inside your business.
Optional support keeps the system working as data and operations change.
Proof
Pileform, our AI bookkeeping and VAT automation product, is the proof that the same methods behind our client work also run in software we maintain ourselves.
Every published starting price has a defined scope. A final fixed quote follows the confirmed requirements and exclusions.
Documentation and handover are part of the work, because the system must keep working after us.
Strategy is useful only when it can survive contact with data, users, and operations.
If the answer is not a build yet, the audit should say that plainly.
One starting price per service, excluding VAT. The exact scope and a fixed quote follow a scoping call.
AI
Start with one decision, then move into a pilot only when the value and operating constraints are clear.
Engagements
Automation
Map one process end to end, then automate it with the error handling and monitoring that keep it running unattended.
Engagements
Web
One team designs and builds, so the file that gets approved is the file that ships.
Engagements
Software
Start with a costed specification you own, then build the system your business runs on.
Engagements
Design
The mark you are recognised by, the system that keeps it consistent, and the interfaces your product runs on.
Engagements
Data
A low-friction review, one dependable pipeline, or the foundation behind several sources and teams.
Engagements
Integration
Map the contract first, then connect documented systems with retries, monitoring and a clean handover.
Engagements
Ongoing
For teams that want the engineers who built the system to keep running it, under one accountable relationship.

Prices reviewed 30 August 2026
Every paid review and audit is credited in full against the build that follows it.
Prices exclude VAT, third-party software, cloud and model usage, travel and specialist compliance work. Starting prices assume remote delivery, documented APIs, an available test environment and timely access to client subject-matter experts. Legacy, on-premise, regulated or security-critical systems require confirmed scope before a fixed quotation.
FAQ
The AI Opportunity Review and Integration Blueprint are each €750 fixed, while the Data Reliability Review is €990 fixed. The scope and exclusions are written down before work starts.
No. If the scope is already clear, we can go straight to quoting a fixed-scope build. The audit exists so you do not pay to build the wrong thing.
Because the final quote depends on the confirmed systems, data, integrations, security obligations and acceptance criteria. The published starting price shows the minimum credible entry point; the scoped quote is fixed before delivery begins.
A project builds and ships something for an agreed scope. A retainer keeps it running, tuned, and improving after launch.
Both. Larger teams usually start with consulting. Smaller teams sometimes need a finished product, which is why we built one ourselves.
Yes. We are based in Nicosia and work across Europe and the wider EMEA region, remote first with on-site time when it earns its place.
A marketing site in one language starts at €7,500. Multilingual builds and stores are published above with their full ranges. Pages and languages, commerce and integrations are what move the number, and the quote is fixed after a scoping call.
Yes, identity work is scoped on its own. The same system thinking applies whether or not we go on to build the site.
No. Web and design projects skip the audit and go straight to a scoping call, then a fixed quote for the project.
Start with the audit. If we are not the right fit, it tells you that too.
Bring the problem. We will tell you whether the next step is an audit, a scoped build, a retainer, or nothing yet.
