Pricing you can reason about

Pricing goes wrong when nobody has agreed what done looks like, whether that is an AI system, an automated process, custom software, or a new site. We fix the shape of the work first, and the price follows from that agreement.

Ways to work

Three clear entry points

Start with the smallest commitment that gives both sides enough truth. Each path has a defined shape before the commercial detail is agreed. Web and design projects usually skip the audit and go straight to a fixed quote after a scoping call.

Tier 1

Scoping audit

What you get
A fixed-scope look at where the work actually pays off before you commit to a build. The AI audit is the flagship version, but the same fixed-scope approach applies to automation, data, transformation programmes, and document work. The outcome is a ranked plan with priorities and rough costs for each item.
  • Working session with the people who do the work
  • Review of current systems, data, and one to three priority workflows
  • Prioritised opportunities, rough effort, rough value, and risks
  • A 30 to 90 day recommendation and walkthrough call
Time
A fixed, short engagement, scoped in advance.
Who it fits
Leaders who want a clear answer before they spend on an AI system, an automation, or a transformation programme.

Tier 2

Fixed-scope build

What you get
Once the target is clear, we agree a fixed scope and a fixed price before work starts. That can be an automation, a document AI system, a forecasting pipeline, a custom system, a website or online store, or a brand and design system, built into production.
  • Scope, success criteria, and handover agreed before build starts
  • Production-grade software, sites, automations, or ML workflows
  • Testing, documentation, and operational handover as standard
  • A fixed commercial quote tied to the agreed scope
Time
Timeline agreed with the scope, before work starts.
Who it fits
Teams that know the outcome they want and need it built once, properly.

Tier 3

Retainer

What you get
For business-critical systems, sites, and brand assets that need monitoring, tuning, small changes, and a team that already understands what was built.
  • Known monthly scope for maintenance, monitoring, and iteration
  • Model, data, integration, and content checks as the business changes
  • Small improvements without restarting procurement each time
  • A direct path back to the team who built it
Time
Ongoing, month to month.
Who it fits
Teams that want their system, site, or brand actively owned and maintained after launch.

Every service

Every service, priced the same way

The three tiers above apply to every service we offer. What changes by service is the entry point and what decides the number.

AI consulting
Entry point
Scoping audit.
What fixes the price
Workflows reviewed and systems touched.
Process automation
Entry point
Scoping audit, or straight to a fixed-scope build if the process is already mapped.
What fixes the price
Process count, exception complexity, integrations.
Custom software
Entry point
Scoping call, then a fixed quote.
What fixes the price
Surfaces, integrations, data migration.
Predictive analytics
Entry point
Scoping audit, data readiness first.
What fixes the price
State of your data, decisions served, monitoring needs.
Digital transformation
Entry point
Scoping audit, then a roadmap.
What fixes the price
Systems inventoried and cutover complexity.
Document AI
Entry point
A pilot on your own documents.
What fixes the price
Document types, languages, volume, integration targets.
Web development
Entry point
Scoping call, then a fixed project quote.
What fixes the price
Pages and languages, commerce, integrations.
Brand and design
Entry point
Scoping call, then a fixed project quote.
What fixes the price
Identity scope (mark, system, guidelines) and interface surface count.

Flow

How it works, start to finish

The process is designed to make decisions easier before money is spent, then keep ownership clear after launch.

  1. Audit

We find where AI pays off and what should be left alone.

  2. Scope and quote

We agree exactly what gets built before a price is fixed.

  3. Build and ship

    Production-grade, inside your business.

  4. Run

Optional support keeps the system working as data and operations change.

Proof

Proof: our own product

Pileform, our AI bookkeeping and VAT automation product, is the proof that the same methods behind our client work also run in software we maintain ourselves.

No fake certainty

We do not publish invented ranges. A fixed price needs a fixed scope first.

No lock-in theatre

Documentation and handover are part of the work, because the system must keep working after us.

Build before advice

Strategy is useful only when it can survive contact with data, users, and operations.

Clear next step

If the answer is not a build yet, the audit should say that plainly.

FAQ

Pricing questions

How much does the scoping audit cost?

It is fixed before we start, so there are no surprises. We do not publish a number here until the public offer is confirmed.

Do I have to start with the audit?

No. If the scope is already clear, we can go straight to quoting a fixed-scope build. The audit exists so you do not pay to build the wrong thing.

Why do you not list a fixed price for projects?

Because an honest fixed price needs an honest fixed scope. The audit gives both sides enough information to quote properly.

What is the difference between a project and a retainer?

A project builds and ships something for an agreed scope. A retainer keeps it running, tuned, and improving after launch.

Do you work with small businesses or only enterprises?

Both. Larger teams usually start with consulting. Smaller teams sometimes need a finished product, which is why we built one ourselves.

Can you work outside Cyprus?

Yes. We are based in Limassol and work across Europe and the wider EMEA region, remote first with on-site time when it earns its place.

What does a website cost?

A website is a fixed quote, agreed after a scoping call. Pages and languages, commerce, and integrations are what move the number.

Do you take on brand or logo work alone?

Yes, identity work is scoped on its own. The same system thinking applies whether or not we go on to build the site.

Do I need the audit if I just want a website?

No. Web and design projects skip the audit and go straight to a scoping call, then a fixed quote for the project.

Not sure which path fits?

Start with the audit. If we are not the right fit, it tells you that too.

Bring the problem. We will tell you whether the next step is an audit, a scoped build, a retainer, or nothing yet.
