Web development and design in Cyprus
The team that designs your site is the team that builds it, so the file that gets approved is the file that ships. Websites, web apps and stores, engineered for speed and handed over yours to run.
We build web development and web design in Cyprus as one service. The same engineers who work the interface in Figma write the code that ships it, so a decision made in design stays true in the browser instead of drifting through a handoff.
The proof is the page in front of you. This site was designed and built in-house: seven languages, performance tuned for Core Web Vitals, accessibility engineered toward WCAG 2.2 AA, and a design system made for this brand rather than pulled from a template.
Facsimile of this site's own build report: seven languages shipped, six hundred fifty four pages generated at the last production build, Core Web Vitals tuned as a build discipline, and accessibility engineered toward WCAG 2.2 AA. Annotated "the site you are reading".
Where most web projects lose their edge
Most web projects still run through two vendors: a studio designs the site, then passes files to developers who were absent for the decisions behind them. Whatever survives that handoff becomes the live site. Spacing drifts a few pixels at a time, states get improvised by whoever is coding that day, and the polish everyone signed off on thins out somewhere between the design file and the deploy.
We close that gap by keeping design and build inside one team, so the same people who shape the interface also ship the code. What gets approved is what launches, because the same hands carry it the whole way.
Websites, web apps and stores, built to the same standard
Real interfaces you can see, matched to what the business needs.
Marketing and brand sites
The site a visitor meets first, fast, accessible and built to convert.
E-commerce and online stores
Storefronts built to carry real traffic and real transactions, with the checkout treated as seriously as the homepage.
Web applications and portals
Dashboards, customer portals and internal tools where the interface is the product, engineered with the same rigour as the software behind it.
Design, build, launch, hand over
One team carries the site from the first sketch to the live domain, in small reviewed steps you can watch.
- 01
Design
We shape the interface against the brand and the real content, screen by screen, so what gets approved is exactly what gets built next.
- 02
Build
The same team turns the approved design into production code, small reviewed increments, tested as we go.
- 03
Launch
We check performance, accessibility and every locale before the domain goes live.
- 04
Hand over
Documentation, access and a CMS your team can run, so the site keeps working long after launch day.
What most agency sites skip
The details that decide whether a site is fast and usable, or merely looks that way in a screenshot.
A real performance budget
We set a size and speed budget for every page before design starts, and hold the build to it, the discipline that keeps a site fast years after launch instead of only on the day it ships.
One team, from file to deploy
The same engineers who design the interface write the code, so a decision made in the design file survives the trip to the browser exactly as approved.
Core Web Vitals as a deliverable
Largest Contentful Paint, interaction responsiveness and layout stability are measured and reported at handover, alongside the code.
Multilingual, built as engineering
Locale routing, right-to-left layout and font support for each script are structural decisions made in the build, the same approach behind this site's seven languages.
The site you are reading is the portfolio piece
We designed and built this site ourselves, in the open: seven languages, a bespoke design system, performance tuned against Core Web Vitals, and accessibility treated as an engineering requirement from the first component. It carries the same standard we build into Pileform, our own product in daily use by finance teams.
Questions, answered plainly
What does a website or web app cost?
It depends on scope: pages, integrations, content volume and the CMS you need, so we will not quote a number on a web page. We scope the project first and give a fixed, honest estimate before you commit.
How long does a web development project take?
A marketing site is usually weeks; a web application with integrations and a CMS runs longer. We give a real timeline once the scope is set in the design phase, and the small-increment build means you watch progress the whole way, rather than waiting for a single reveal at the end.
Do you handle web design as well as development?
Yes. Every web project here includes interface design by default, and the same team designs the interface and writes the code that ships it, so the approved design survives the build intact. Brand identity and product UI/UX design is also available as its own engagement, on our brand and design page.
Will we own the CMS and the content?
Yes. You get the CMS access, the content, and the source code, and you can run the site, move it, or hand it to another team; ongoing support stays available if you want it, but the choice stays yours.
Where do you host the site, and who manages it?
We deploy to fast, modern hosting suited to the build, typically Vercel or a comparable platform, and hand over the access and configuration at launch. Ongoing management is available on request.
What happens after launch? Do you offer maintenance?
You receive a documented, deployable site your team can run on its own. Maintenance and ongoing support are available on request, kept separate from the build so you only pay for what you use.
Is this website an example of your own work?
Yes. Encelyte's own site was designed and built in-house, in seven languages, tuned for Core Web Vitals and engineered toward WCAG 2.2 AA. The page you are reading is the portfolio piece.
