Each phase is scoped and quoted up front against a defined deliverable, so there are no open-ended hourly surprises. Larger programmes are split into milestones you approve and pay for one at a time.

You do, outright. We hand over clean, documented source, infrastructure, and model artefacts with no lock-in, so your team can run and extend the system long after the engagement ends.

We work under NDA from the first conversation and apply least-privilege access throughout. Wherever possible your data stays in your own environment, and we never train shared models on it.

Yes. We integrate with your in-house engineers and the tools you already run, and we won't push a stack we wouldn't operate ourselves. Everything is built to be maintained by your team after handover.
