Serving Cyprus and EMEA

An AI consulting company in Cyprus

We serve businesses across Cyprus and the wider EMEA region from a Limassol base, building the AI that gets ahead of a market still early in adopting it.

Cyprus enterprise AI adoption rose from 2.6 percent in 2021 to 9.3 percent in 2025, still under half the EU average. In 2025, 35.1 percent of large Cyprus enterprises used AI, against 7.7 percent of small enterprises. Source: CYSTAT enterprise ICT usage survey, 2021 and 2025.

Encelyte is a Cyprus AI consulting and custom software company. We work with organisations across the island, from Nicosia and Larnaca to Paphos, and across Europe and the wider EMEA region, taking AI from a first audit through to a live system your team runs every day.

Being in Cyprus is a real advantage for this work. An EU member with strong data-protection law is exactly where sensitive AI should run, and data residency, GDPR, and the EU AI Act are designed in from the first commit of every build.

How we work across Cyprus

One base, the whole island, and an honest read of where the market stands.

01

One base, the whole island

We are based in Limassol and take on work anywhere on the island, from Nicosia to Paphos. Understanding your operation is the real work, and that is what we invest in, wherever your team sits.

02

Where the market actually stands

AI adoption among Cyprus enterprises is still low and increasingly split by size: large firms are moving fastest, while small and mid-size firms lag behind. That gap is real headroom for an SME willing to move now.

03

Built for EU data rules

Data residency, GDPR, and the EU AI Act are designed in from the first commit, ahead of any compliance review that would otherwise flag them.

04

A base for EMEA

Cyprus is a natural bridge into Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We serve the wider EMEA region from here, with an engineering office in Dekwaneh, Lebanon.

The gap, and where to start

Cyprus is still catching up on AI adoption, and unevenly: larger firms are moving faster than small and mid-size ones, per CYSTAT's own tracking. If you are weighing where AI pays off in your operation, that is the honest starting context for the conversation we have first.

We ship Pileform, our AI bookkeeping and VAT automation product, in production. Our advice comes from running real systems, and every client build is held to that same standard.

Questions

Where in Cyprus do you work?

We are based in Limassol, and our consulting and build work is available across the island, in Nicosia, Larnaca, and Paphos, and to organisations across Europe and the wider EMEA region.

Is Cyprus actually adopting AI yet?

Not much, and unevenly. CYSTAT recorded enterprise AI use at 9.3% in 2025, up from 2.6% in 2021 but still under half the EU average, and concentrated in larger firms: 35.1% of large enterprises use AI against 7.7% of small ones. That is the honest state of the market, and part of why moving now is an advantage rather than a risk.

Why does an EU base in Cyprus matter for AI?

Sensitive AI is easiest to run well inside the EU. Data residency, GDPR, and EU AI Act obligations are designed into the build from the start, which is far cheaper than retrofitting compliance after the fact.

Do you work with companies outside Cyprus?

Yes. Cyprus is a bridge into Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and we take on work from across the wider EMEA region, with an engineering office in Dekwaneh, Lebanon.

How is this different from your services page?
