The Challenge
Radiologists were overwhelmed by the sheer volume of routine scans, leading to potential delays in reviewing critical emergency cases. The client needed a way to prioritize workflow based on urgency, not just first-in-first-out.
Our Approach
We deployed a "human-in-the-loop" AI triage assistant. The system pre-screens incoming X-rays and MRIs, flagging potential anomalies for immediate senior review while routing standard cases to the normal queue.
