Web Designer

About the role

You will design calm, premium interfaces and stay with them through to the live build. We hold design to the same standard as the engineering: it has to ship, and it has to last.

What you'll do

• Design marketing sites and product interfaces that feel considered and distinctive.
• Work in the components and constraints of the actual build, not just static mockups.
• Partner with engineers so what you design is what users get.
• Hold one coherent visual language across the work.

What we're looking for

• A portfolio of polished, shipped interface and web design.
• Strong typography, layout, and restraint. You know what to leave out.
• Fluent in Figma and confident with responsive, practical layouts.
• You hold a high bar for detail and spacing.

Nice to have

• Front-end fluency (HTML, CSS, Tailwind) so you can shape the build.
• Motion and interaction design.
